IMPACT is a community of young adults, ages 20s, 30s & 40s, who share a commitment and passion for Tikkun Olam (Repairing the World) and building a strong Jewish community with the Tampa JCCs & Federation. The Federation raises funds to support critical efforts to help vulnerable people in need in Tampa, in Israel and in countries around the world.

IMPACT offers leadership training, volunteer opportunities, philanthropic projects and special experiences that highlight the important work of the Federation.
